I can't change my setting to not receive Facebook threads. Ppl blocked are stalking me and harrassing me?

How do you change settings so as not to receive threads on Fcacebook? They are intimidating and a stalkers dream. What's the point of the block-people facility if a bunch of a******s abuse the 'thread' on Facebook? It's a really bad flaw in Facebook
