I can't concentrate on my studies. My exam will be held after two months... what can I do??

Talk to your lecturers, and to any counsellors. You may be able to defer your exams depending on where your from.

Just try your best, and when you study just try to create a peaceful, quiet environment with no distractions.

If you cant concentrate try listening to some soft music while studying or if you chew some gum it also helps.

While you study make sure you have what you need to complete the task so you dont have to constantly get up and get distracted.

Also try to break up your study into blocks for eg:1 hr and a 15min brakes.

It depends on what is distracting you from your studies. All you have to do is first, relax and don't be stressed. Next, promise yourself that you will work hard to pass the exam. Just keep studying for the test. Spend your free-time studying. That's what I did over the summer, didn't do much computer,TV time and I studied early in the morning. Now during schooltime, I don't even need to study! I know all the lessons. Also, keep away from things that distract you e.g. computer, iPod, TV, etc. Keep your focus on school, school, school.
