I can't connect to the internet, the network connections DISAPPEARED?

Question

i am a MTS costumer so when i try to connect to the computer, the connection that i always use doesn't work. i tried to track the connection but the only existing connection is LAN. the MTS connection DISAPPEARED. i can't find the connection but my modem and the LAN is working. Do i need to find a software to install the MTS connection back? if not, what else can i do. it's now 11:40 in the evening so i can't call the internet provider right now. HELP.

Try a system restore back to the day before the connection disappeared, this should help.
