I can't decide between these two Mexican Riviera shore excursions! Help!?

The Las Caletas Hideaway during the day?

or

The Rhythms of the Night dinner on Las Caletas at night??

I guess I can't do both because there is no way I'd make it back in time for the return trip. Does anyone have any experience or info that could help me choose between the two?
