I can't decide....?

Question

i live in the uk,and im taking a gap year,but im goin away to new zealand ti visit my sister and work for around 6 months, shall i go in september(as i can't wait and their busy working season will be starting)or go in november ahfter my birthday (to celebrate my 18th with my friends,but then i will have to get a full time job here for 2 months,i live in a rural place,its hard to get a job)
