I can't delete messages from my inbox, or receive new messages on Yahoo 360. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I tried the first 2 answers below, and I'm sorry to say neither worked. I have contacted yahoo, and unless someone else can tell me first, I will share the solution when I get it from Yahoo for others w/ the same problem.

I would first check your "sent" box. Those take up space just as much as the "inbox" does. You need to delete the messages in the "sent box" and that should help free up some space. If you have already done that and are still having trouble...contact 360.

If it is NOT deleting from eithe/or place by using just the checkbox and delete option, view the mail and delete it that way. Eventually it clears itself up. But that's yahoo for ya!

Go to your mailbox page

Click on 'outstanding invitation'

If you do not have that ,then click on the word 'send'

Go into this page and delete everything in there.

Then go back and try to delete your messages. The mailbox being clean may help your to recieve messages now.

This is a bug. Yahoo is not fixing those bugs, their are putting all their resources into getting the new social network ready.

You know some thing, l am ready for it now.l hate all the bugs  lol
