I can't do a kickflip

Question

First, I can only ride with my left foot in the back and my right foot in the front. When I kickflip, my skateboard sometimes fly forward and it will never flip.

Can you please help, and if possible can you please give me a video or link.

this is what helped me

u dont have to put ur foot placement as much on the board like the guy in the bblue did

i kept pretty much the balls of my feet on the board and kinda stood on my tippy toes

then pop

flick

and aim for the concave and u chould get the spin

make sure u kno how to ollie b4 this

and make sure u practice the other tricks u kno or else u will lose them

i lost heel flips becouse i was practicing tre flips
