  1. There is no easiest, it's just whichever one comes easiest to you. If you know all of the forms of them go ahead and just see which one feels most comfortable. As for height. I used to stand by a door and just start jumping and trying to touch a spot above it. Then once I could hit it, I would move my mark up a little bit, then try to hit it. But don't stop jumping, continuously jump. Sooner or later you will begin to reach the ceiling! But also practice your jumps OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN! Idk how many times in practice we spent 2 hours just on jumps. Make sure to hit your T's nice and tight with fists. All approaches are different, so make sure you're doing the one your squad requires. Another way is to get a spot, and have them lift you as you do the jump in the air. Best of luck to you in your try-outs! Hope this helped a littl.e

  2. wow, sorry! i would say to get height and better form strech for a pike! to strech put you feet together and bend down then do it on the floor! the pike s by far the easyest one out of them all practice them for 15 mins befor you eat! aka 3 times a day! and i promise you will do fine!
