I can't download a big size file of over 100 kb into my mobile phone.?

Question

When i try to download a game of over 100 kb size i get a message saying that the file is too large to be saved. Why am i getting that message. I can easily install files less than 100 kb into my mobile phone. And i have a free memory of over 1.8mb in my mobile phone. My phone is the Nokia 6030. Somebody please help!!!!!!

Some cheap phones have indeed a limit on the size of the jar file they can handle. Did the game maker say that it should work on your phone? If so, look for a dedicated (smaller) version of it or ask the developer for support.
