I can't eat without eating spicy foods and now that I'm 4 months pregnant, indegestion is hurting me, lol. ?

How can I stop it without meds, home remedies anyone?

  1. I totally sympathize with you. I am 39 weeks tomorrow and all I can eat is zippy/spicy foods. I don't think there is much in the way of natural that you can do to prevent heartburn other than not eating spicy foods.


  2. Chewing on raw celery is the best remedy for heartburn during pregnancy. Best wishes, G

  3. I am not happy unless I eat spicy food. I loooove it despite knowing that I'll suffer latter. Popping a few tums helps me tho. Try not to stuff yourself and don't lay down after eating. Don't drink milk or eat mints or chocolate.

    These things may help: Ginger root, bitters (gentian root, worm wood), areomatics (catnip, fennel), apple cider vinegar (1 teaspoon apple cider vin. 1/2 glass of water sipped durring meal).
