Well school's starting on the 3rd, which is in 4 days. I need help to falling asleep. I don't fall asleep til 4:30,5,6,7,8,9am! Today I fell asleep at 9 and woke up at 4:30! This is horrible, how am I going to get used to waking up at at 6am to go to school?

Do any of you guys know some tricks to falling asleep early? I need it! I mean during school I couldn't even stay up to watch something at 10 on t.v. So help please!

  1. There is a pill called melatonin you don't need a prescription for it. Just get it at any drug store. When you take it just wait till you start to feel a bit drowsy. Then lye down and it should make you sleep.

  2. well i dont think you'll be able to. i started 2 weeks ago getting into my rountine, im going to bed in an hour, i know i sound g*y and i do have plans for tomorrow and the next day but im leaving early. i start school the 2nd

  3. whenever i cant fall asleep i always put on music and it makes me fall asleep. Sometimes when im really not tired i put on music and then I write with my fingers the lyrics of the song

for example if im listening to a song and it sais one thing i have to pretend im writing.

    hope this helped:)

  4. maybe it is cuz u have a lot on ur mind

  5. take some sleeping pills

  6. maybe its because your might be watching TV right before you go to bed, if you do you should turn the TV off earlier and read a book or something before you go to sleep because when you watch TV it makes your mind more energetic and harder to calm down when you try to sleep.

  7. You don't say why you don't fall asleep till the early hours of the morning - if its because you're on the computer or watching TV - then the only thing you can do is to stop doing whatever it is you're doing a little earlier every day - otherwise - depending on how old you are - you could try something like Kalms - its a natural medicine that helps you fall asleep.

Other things you can try is to have a warm bath around 7'ish in the evening to help you relax - soothing music - some hot chocolate - try to avoid doing anything stressful before you go to bed - put some lavender in your bedroom - that's suppose to help relax you - hope this helps
