I can't figure how to do this......help!!!?

i've had this tv for like 3 weeks and i can't find out how to turn it on, it's plugged in and everything. it just won't work!

What about your remote control? Some tv are configured now that it is primarily operated through the remote.

You've had this TV for 3 weeks without being able to turn it on, and you haven't brought it back or checked with the store you bought it at? Also it should have a user guide with all the info you need, the "Turning the power on" section I always laughed at... But in your case, if you can't turn it on... bring it back for cryin' out loud.

If for some reason you have only had it for 3 weeks and you bought it used from someone that you didn't know, like ebay or craigslist.com then you might have gotten screwed over? How about a model #? and people can give you more info.

I assume you've tried the power button or a channel number button on the remote control?

Anything on the screen at all?

Pressed any buttons on the TV itself?

Any red lights, or signs that it's getting power to it?
