When perharps i TRY to enjoy myself, say a moment which would automatically bring joy. I can't help but think back to a moment where i wasn't happy and let that ruin my happyness, now it's come to the point of where i can't feel happy. This is probably the hardest thing to explain, as i don't understand it let alone try and explain it. I was just wondering if you knew what it could be? If it helps i do suffer with ADHD i don't know if that would make a difference
