I can't figure out the correct spelling of a Italian or Greek last name - can you help?

The name is either...

Dicicomino/a

Dicisomino/a

Do you know which one it is, and is it an 'o' or an 'a'? Or are these spellings incorrect and it's spelled different?

What happened is that it's a name I wrote down for a thank you note, but now I can't read my own handwriting!

    because ci in italian makes a ["key"] sound.
