  1. I have two - home fries and beans with bacon.

Fry the bacon until crispy and remove from the pan, remove all but 1 tbs of the fat, add 1 tbs olive oil. Mince the garlic anc cook in the oil. Add cubed potatos and the basil and cook until potatoes are crispy.

Add the tomoato puree to the beans and add the crumbled bacon.

  2. Chop up 2-3 slices of bacon, and about a half a chopped onion and fry in a pot until bacon is crisp and onions are tender.  To  bacon, add about a 1/3 cup of brown sugar and some generous shakes of tabasco... drain most of the liquid off the can of beans, then add to sugar/bacon mixture.  Simmer on low for 30 min or so, stirring often and watchign carefully so it doesn't scorch on the bottom.

  3. Mashed potatoes from:

    potats

    butter

garlic (sautee or roast it first for best taste)

    milk

Make a beans dish by heating together:

    tomat puree

    basil

    garlic again

    pork beans

(if you have some hot sauce or chili spices, this would make a nice chili)

(add water if necessary to get a texture you like)

fry bacon separately, top the finished potats with it.

  4. Dice the red potatoes into 1/4 inch chunks and toss about in oil. Lay out on baking pan and salt to taste. Lay 1/2 bulb of peeled garlic cloves and toss with potatoes. Roast until golden brown...420degrees preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Meanwhile fry bacon and warm tomato puree, a pinch of basil and other 1/2 diced garlic in a saucepan w/ a dash or two of milk and a tab or two of butter. Salt and Pepper to taste. Simmer until potatoes are finished. Drizzle sauce over meat you've prepared and garnish with a sprinkle of dry basil. Serve a small portion of baked beans with crumbled bacon, then lay roasted potatoes beside the meat and drizzle a bit more tomato sauce over potatoes. Yum

  5. a chilli    leave the milk out.

  6. add the butter and a little garlic (sliced) and a little bit of tomato puree to the beans.

With this you should use olive oil (a little to stir in) to make it more smooth and moist

the red potatoes can be cooked with oil bacon and basil for a separate side dish

sorry i couldnt think of a way to put them all together   hope i helped!

  7. Roast the garlic.  Boil the potatoes until they are fork tender (skin on), drain and mash the potatoes and then squeeze the roasted garlic out of the skin into the mashed potatoes and add milk, butter, salt and pepper until well mixed.  Voila, roasted garlic mashed potatoes.  Thaw, cook, drain and crumble the bacon.  Heat up your beans and stir in the bacon (you may want to add some mustard, ketchup and brown sugar to taste if available).  Serve your mashed potatoes and beans as a side dish to the meat you have cooking on the stove.
