What do you need? Do you need to recycle at home? Contact your garbage collection company to find out about it. Do you need to earn money recycling? Go online and look to find recycling companies and see what is involved.

look in the local yellow pages under scrap metal dealers they will take anything from car batteries,to aluminium soffetting from your house and pay you for it
