I can't find my photo albums?

It's closed already.

Yahoo! decided to focus all it's resources on flickr, therefore, they shut down yahoo photos on september 20th. Users were informed to move their photos elsewhere before this date.

They have been deleted permanently, if you didn't transfer those pictures.

when I click on e-mail it tells me to try again it never sends a picture

i might need some more information to help you out there. if you are referring to the albums on your computer, then i would recommend starting with pulling up your start menu and following the links to pull up the pictures files.
