I can't find my wireless carrier and phone model in Y! mobile device setup..?

Hi... I am from India.. I was trying to setup a new mobile device after deleting the previous one.... but now I can not seet the name of my wireless carrier and the phone model in the list.... How to resolve this...? Please answer....
