I can't find the right size curtains for a 4'x3' window.?

Where do I find curtains for a window that is 4 feet by 3 feet? I have tried the longer curtains, but it looks silly when it hangs two feet below the window. And no, I don't sew.

Just take the curtains that you like and cut them to the appropriate length.  At stores like Wal-Mart or arts/crafts stores, they have fabric glue that you can use for "hemming"... gives the curtains a nice tidy look without having to buy a sewing machine.
