I can't find this app?

I forgot what's it called, but it makes one of your photos looks like a drawing.

I need it a few reasons.

Isnt is called "Coloring Book" I use Kodak for editing and cropping my photos you have all of those options with that program

They also have a Cartoon option it displays your portrait animated and in color, the coloring book is just the black and white drawing
