The only place that you can see actual game footage is the MLB website, since it's copyrighted. I'd check there, but since it's not recent, it might not be there.

It's really nowhere to be found. It was before the era of youtube or even DSL. They refer to it as a "pirouette," and the last time I saw any footage of it was the last time Bonds faced Chan Ho Park, who gave up that home run, as well as the record breakers 71 and 72 in the 2001 season. He also gave up 300, 400, and 500. There's no video on youtube, myspace, or either team website. It's a violation of copyright, so nobody's going to have it
