I can't find who wrote this poem...?

Ok, so on my test today i read a poem called "Sucess"

and, i need help finding out who wrote it, or a link please. or even the poem. the only parts i remember are:::

"To sucess is to

Laugh a lot, and loudly,

Earn the respect of intelligent people, and the affection of children,

ect..

ect..

Those are the only parts i remember. so, please help me :)
