    Some search engines have settings that will allow you to rule out websites in foreign languages.   That's because most of us aren't bilingual.  However, if you are, and want to find something in another language,  look for a tiny link, usually called 'settings' or 'advanced' or 'advanced settings'  near the search engine window.   Go to it, and select the language of your choice.

     Try this on Google.   Yahoo has a completely different page for each language, and may not have what you are looking for.
