  1. 6'3 70kg is really really light...

A few of my guy friends are 5'7-5'8 150-170lbs so you should be well over 200lbs.

You need to do more than just situps and crunches!

You'll have to work your sides (obliques) to make your abs more defined...

-To work lower abs, lay on your back and lift your legs up to make a 90 degree angle with your body.

-Slowly lower your legs back down but do not touch the floor again with your heels and go back up.

You'll feel the burn within 10-20 reps.

  2. You're fourteen years old, calm down before you do damage to your still developing body.

Chances are you are going try and gain 6 pack anyway- Throw downs: lay on you back raising your legs towards the sky making you body into a 90 degree angle then have someone push you feet (throw) towards the ground while you prevent your feet from touching the ground.  Try and maintain six inches between your heels and the ground- immediately raise your legs to the starting position as fast as you can (warn your partner to pay attention- I have seen alot of people get kicked had in the gut because they weren't paying attention).  Have the person that's throwing you feet push them straight forward for no less then 20 reps before having them alternate to a side to side motion.  Picture your feet going down towards a 12 on a giant clock as if you are lying in the center of the clock with your head pointing at the six.  After three sets of 20 reps have the person throw your feet towards the 2 o'clock for three sets of 20 reps then have them throw your feet towards the 10 o'clock for the same number of sets and reps.  After that, have them -if you haven't thrown up yet- repeat the three sets of twenty reps, but this time tell them to switch it up and randomly push your feet in one of the three directions mentioned above.  Immediately after you've completed the complete set mentioned above hang from a chin-up bar, tree, something and bring your thighs up to your chest for the same number of sets and reps.

At first you will not be able to complete the full routine, but keep at it.  Once you are able to complete the full routine, increase the number of reps to forty, sixty, increasing by twenty etc...  It will hurt like he77 the next day (couple days) but keep at it.  Your abdominal muscles are one of the few muscle groups that you can work out everyday, but chances are at first you'll want to start on a three day a week workout for the first three weeks, then increase to four days a week for three weeks, etc.

Again, it will hurt like he77 so don't forget to stretch by rolling over on to you stomach and while keeping you thighs and hips down on the ground while pushing your torso up as if you are doing a push up.  Don't worry about how far up you should push your self up, listen to you body- it will let you know.  Also, lie on your back and extend you arms above your head like a swimmer pushes off the wall under water putting your biceps to your ears extending the length of your body toes pointed.  Hold position and breathe deeply for five to tens seconds.  Good luck and make sure you are eating a well balanced meal.  At your age I wouldn't use to many supplements either.  Just eat well and healthly.  The routine is going to be hard, but I promise if you maintain strict form in about six months you'll be able to wash clothes on you stomach because you have an 8 pack, never mind a 6 pack.  Send your check or money order to......

  3. It's a common complaint. The lowest 2 abs are always the last to show.

Aside from doing leg raises and bicycle crunches, you need to be very lean. You have got to whittle your bodyfat down to about 8% before you start to see those last 2 abs.

  5. Being a serious beer drinker, when I first saw your question I thought, UH oh, this is a serious problem! I mean, everyone deserves a six pack! But oh well, you poor dear. You're over 6 foot, and you can only show a 4 pack. Dammit! You probably only have half the female population checking you out, and not 100 percent! I'll say a prayer for you tonite.

lol Sorry. But seriously, I would walk more, I mean every day. I'm getting out of shape, not doing much, am 45 years old, but almost every day I walk my dog. I can't even get rid of my 6 pack, and I'm surprised. Okay, so it's going, but I should try to cut down on the snacking. lol But really man, you're that tall and in that great of shape? I'll bet you have the chicks checking you out, lucky sucker! lol
