I can't get experience in Halo 3!!?

Alrighty,

So I sign into Xbox live, and play halo its been about a week now. I have won multiple games in ranked and in social, and im still a recruit. When you look at my Halo 3 Status it says ZERO exp. I don't get whats up with it. Please help, add me on xbox live MitchRocks14

well, on bungie.net it says you've quit 18 games already, which is -18 exp, and  you've only won 11 games, which makes your exp count -7.  just win 7 games and you should get exp from then on, OR you could win like 3-4 double exp games if you have the maps and get exp from there

well it happend to my friend and he waited a little bit and then it started to work so just wait a bit.
