If you have a playful partner you could turn using a condom into a s**y game..  put it on a little... take it off a little..  Make it part of the whole sexual experience instead of something you just have to do.  That will help change your mental attitude towards them I think

Try a different brand, some are thinner some are thicker, find one that works for you. No s*x unless its safe s*x
