I can't get into Literati, it says I have an old version in my cache and I have cleaned that now what?

I did the restart but when I go back into Literati I can't get in I keep getting the message. I don't know how to retrieve the current version?

  1. I've been telling everyone to use this link to complain to Yahoo eventually they will get sick of all the compaints and fix it.


  2. WHO KNOWS???? We have been waiting for days for Literati to come back. If we ALL flooded their customer service with WHINING at the same time, maybe that would work. lol  We've ALL done everything we can. I think the Yahoo lords are newbies. hehe

  3. The same thing is happening to a lot of people, including me.  I'm a tech and used to work for Yahoo! and I know it's not our computers. I've tried it both firefox and IE and same issue/same message, it's definitely their issue.
