I can't get my 360 pic from the day I created this account, help..

Did yahoo block me from doing it??

Hmm, well to get a 360 pic, I go under "My pages" and "edit personal photos." The photo you upload has to be a jpeg. And then on yahoo answers, click on your profile pic, and in there you can choose the option of using the 360 pic. It should work, unless there is a glitch of something. Try using another pic, maybe they blocked that particular one...hope this helps!

You may have to wait a while for Yahoo to completely register that you have created the account.

When you come to Answers, it should ask you what picture you want to display once you click on your name to view your answers profile.
