I can't get my 360 picture to show up on my answers profile.

I add the picture and it shows up on my 360 profile but it won't show on my answers page. How do I get it to show?!?!?!

First, make sure you've configured your Answers profile to use your 360 picture. Go into your profile and click on 'edit my info'. In the section called 'picture', make sure the button for 'use my 360 picture' is selected, then scroll down and click 'preview', then click 'ok'.

Yahoo has been having trouble with the 360 avatars recently. It can take a few days to a week for it to start appearing, and if their system is having memory problems, the pictures disappear for a while. Try to be patient.
