I can't get my .mp4 video onto itunes?

.i converted it to .mp4 but it still won't go! anyone know why?

i used videora & decrypter. YES, IT IS A .MP4 FILE

Did you try playing it? maybe it wasnt converted properly. Try plugging in your iPod and directly transferring it to the device rather than the library.

Or you could try converting it again to see if it works.
