I can't get my webcam to work on msn ?

My web cam is built into my monitor and my web cam works on all of my web cam software and I can see myself but not on msn. I need help please!

My computer is a Dell XPS 420

  1. on your MSN messenger.... go to TOOLS ..... AUDIO AND VIDEO SETUP .... did u do that already?
