I can't get oblivion for PC to Work?

I got Oblivion GOTY edition and it loads up fine but when it gets to the main menu it stops working and its says that windows has found a problem , looking for a solution to the problem, windows has closed the program. Please can u help

My PC's Specs are :

I don't know it sounds like you have more then enough but hear are the minimum and supported video cards
