I can't get rid of this virus?

My laptop got a virus a few days ago. My antivirus program is updated, but somehow it still can't get rid of the virus. It just won't find it.

I don't know what to do now.

The virus... It's getting worse, I think. I'll get a pop up every few minutes and my internet window will just close by itself.

What should I do? =/

More info would be helpful... you've told us nothing about the suspected virus, nor anything about your antivirus. For all we know, your antivirus *could* be the problem ;-)

In lieu of that information, download, update, and run a full system scan with both Superantispyware and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.

If you still suspect an infection after running Super and MBAM, post back with more details.

Try using spybot. It is always updated so it possibly can find that virus.

it looks your infected with a spyware some times antivirus alone cant find all spyware so download malwarebytes anti malware from>www.malwarebytes.org and spybot search and destroy install   boot it in safe mode by F8 then run the scan then your pc will be fine or post your pc problem on >bleepingcomputer.com

I would advice getting a good antispyware solution. Try http://www.pcthreat.com/ and donwload the offered software. It has lots of functions and will keep Your computer
