I can't get the bleach smell out of my nose!?

i cleaned my bathroom with a cleaner that had bleach, and I inhaled too much and got a headache. It seems like the smell is still stuck in my nose & its making me sick! I tried inhaling coffee beans...no luck..

Light a scented candle/ burn aromatherapy oil - eucalyptus is good for breathing.

Get plenty of fresh air until the candle/oil does the work.

Fresh air! Even try rinsing out your nostrils or nasal spray! Next time, don't inhale the fumes, breathe lightly and open windows!
