I can't get the original log in screen in my windows XP?

I messed around with the network setting, now the log in screen changed.... I want the original back...

  2. Go to the User Accounts option in Control Panel.

    There is a check mark or something that says "Change the way that the users log on to Windows."  Something about "Use the Welcome Screen."

    I'm at work right now without administrative privileges so I'm unable to give you the exact wording.
