I can't get to sleep. Help!!!! :[

It's exactly 1.43 and I'm like as awake as possible. Help!!!! :(

  3. It's the same time here, and I can't fall asleep either. I think if we turn the computer off and all the lights it should work. Otherwise, sometimes when I do a few crunches I get tired and wanna sleep. Oh, reading a book helps also. Goodluck

  4. turn off the computer, turn your lights off except for a couple to help you see, drink some warm milk and cookies

    i didnt sleep for a whole night once it was annoying as. and then the next day i woke up at 4 30 am and couldnt get back to sleep.

    its a nice feeling when you''ve stayed up the night while in your bed. because you hear the first bird calls, see the first light.

    if your body is refusing sleep, enjoy it somehow.


  5. i once read in readers digest that if u don get sleep even after half an hour lying in bed one should do the most mundane things which use minimal brain energy like watching tv.....not music or movies....reading books.......and all.....

  7. Dnt watch tv.....just lie down in bed n try to think somethng which u like most .Or try to count from 1 to 100.By the time u count 100,u will feel sleepy.or go out for a walk in cool breeze, u will feel good.Best is,stay in bed n think somethng u like

  8. I am an insomniac - welcome to my world.  I know how frustrating it is. There are a number of things for you to try.  I can go to sleep during movies, so I just put a movie on TV with the volume down and usually fall asleep - as long as it isn't a bang bang  shoot em up.  Other times I put headphones on and play music I like and it relaxes me enough to go to sleep.  In my case I play on the computer until my eyes won't stay open.  And then there is warm milk (yuck).  I drink hot chocolate and it sometimes works.  Hope something works for you.
