I have just laid in bed for a little more then 2 hours. I have to get up to go to work in a few hours. I usually only get a few hours of sleep the days I have to work but on weekends I find it hard to get up if I sleep more then 6 hours.

  1. The more you exercise, the easier and better you'll sleep, so you might want to try working out a few times a week if you can.
