its probably blown out.

or the wire is bad

are they external speakers?

probably just loose conexn, try unplugging & connecting everything again. or have you moved things recently? maybe you have interchanged the two wires (the one from your pc to right speaker, & the one from R to L spkr)

try checking your pc settings too. esp the 'balance' in your volume controls, and the 'speaker volume' in control panel > sound & audio devices

try reconnecting or what you can do is go to you speaker settings under the control panel and choose STEREO instead of MONO
