I can't install anything...?

Question

When I try to install a program, it says that I am currently downloading another software and won't let me download it. But I don't see anything that's being downloaded... so that's my problem. Can someone help me?

What I suggest to you is that to restart the computer once and then try again.. Sometimes, the programs thats are cancelled halfway might cause the problem. They tend to behave as if its still being installed.. Try and let me know or what you can do is that go to the task manager and cancel the Unistall process  and end the process ..

Close all programs and turn off everything and try again.

if this doesn't work, then you got a virus on your computer that you need to get rid of.
