I can't listen to the voice messages on my cellphone?

Question

Okay, so, in order to listen to a message, I would have to dial a number on my cellphone. The problem is, I cannot listen to the messages, since the call cannot be completed. The number was already written into the phone. What should I do?

Here's some facts about my cell:

1. I used refill cards for my services.

2. The refill cards are that of T-Mobile

3. I have bought the phone in Thailand

4. My phone is Nokia.

Is there anything wrong with my cell?

i have samsung phone from rogers,and when i first got it it wouldn't let me listen to my messages either,my sister turned my phone off then turned it back on which worked maybe you can try and see if that works?!
