I can't load my iPod Touch Software Update??

I purchased the software update and not a thing has changed with my ipod touch. Therefor I can not load any of my applications. Please help!!!!

How do I sync the software update to the touch? Where can I find the software update in my library because its not under purchased?

Once you bought the system update, plug your iPod in and push "Update". It'll download the update. Oh, and be prepared, because it will reformat your iPod and remove all of the music. You'll need to add it back after.
