I have to make sure they get fed on time, go to bed on time and do their hw. On top of that I have my own hw, I have no idea how I'm going to pass b/c of the c**p I have to put up with from my parent's coming in at 3 in the morning drunker than h**l. What do I do, any advice?

  1. yikes!! i wish you were joking.

if your not sorry, that's a lot for a kid your age to have to face.  if you have family members aunts, uncles etc. seek help there.  but you need to do something for you and your siblings. if worse comes to worse i'd call the police and let them take over.  you all will be taken to foster care probably but at least  you'll be safe and well cared for, but then that's just me.

    good luck to you

  2. aww thats terrible. im sorry to hear that. but wat u need to do is tell a counselor ur problems. and get ur parents help. and while they are being helped, u can stay with other family.

  3. How awful. you need to talk with the school counselor and learn what you can have access to in the way of social service for your siblings. There are organizations to help you. You are too young to have to be responsible. If the school counselor is on help, call child protective service yourself. Please do that.  Your future depends on it as you are right, you wont pass and then you will be unable to support even just yourself.

  4. Make sure every teacher you have knows your situation.  Not because you expect favors, but because they will be the supportive grownups you need in your life.

You're too busy to realize this, but you do love your siblings and they are so lucky to have you and love you.  You are awesome to step up and take care of them.

This will make you stronger and you will be successful and a better grown up because of it.

If it means anything, I'm really proud of you.

  5. OH MY GOODNESS! I really feel for you. I don't know how you feel about calling a social worker, for the simple fact they may try and separate you and your siblings. But it's the only alternative. You are growing up way too soon, trying to care for your brothers and sisters. If you don't want social services to get involved, can you turn to a relative? You have to tell somebody. This is a serious situation, and you need the advice from a professional adult where you live. Let me know how things turn out. God Bless and good luck to you.

  6. Family is always family. My father is a chauvinist pig. He brought more than that to our family...death? yes he did; shame? yes; Cases against me filed under a court of law? yes. My dad destroyed US. but still he is family. blood is thicker than water. blood is thicker than any hatred. Love? I don't know if its love but what i could tell you. We seem can't love our family but they are family. and only our FAMILY stood by us come what may.
