I can't open the game inspecter Parker.Why?

I have downloaded inspecter Parker, but it won't open so i can play Gloria Hanson

2. Open the game and click on the "Activate your license" link.

3. Sign in to your Yahoo! account using your Yahoo! ID and password.

4. Yahoo! will then check your account for your game license, and then activate the game on your computer.
