I am about to be 15 and I can't pass this stupid drivers ed class. I really want to be able to drive next year to school because I hate my parents taking me and picking me up. I still feel like a little kid. But, we're in this simulator for 3 hours a week and it's like I'm driving a fake car but it grades me if I do a wrong turn or if I hit a person or something and the last 2 grade's i've had was a 65 and 41! I'm so like, nervous and in panic that I won't pass this class. Any help?

  1. Stay off the road until you know how to drive. Especially if you hit pedestrians.

  2. bad driver maybe

  3. Practice Practice Practice.

There's no sense in complaining about it just keep trying. Or wait until your 18.

  4. dont feel bad.  It took me 12 test before I passed.  Then when I got it, I left home, and got married, and now I am divorced.  Dont maketh my mistake, dont get a license.  It will only ruin your life.

  5. The only way to become a better driver is to practice. Why not ask your parents to take you to an empty parking lot on weekends early in the morning so no one else is there so they can help you out? Or, if you've passed your written exam already, enroll in a driving school. They'll have an instructor get in a car with you for a few hours and teach you how to turn, park, and drive properly and safely.

  6. when your doing these sims are you with an instructor because i don't think that it's that bad. Just stay relaxed, and drive slowly, but not too slow. Look farther ahead so you know what's coming up so do not run over people.

  7. keep practicing...it'll come to you

  8. believe me, driving a real car is easier than driving a fake car ;)

  9. maybe its best that you are not on the real road when you are hitting people in this simulator expierience...

  10. I suggest you transfer to another driving school, especially if yours is not working out for you. I took driver's ed, and it was incredibly easy, no simulators, minimal tests, it was basically a blow-off class.

However, I don't think you would fail simply because you did not do well on a simulator. Real drives with your instructor is the key component in helping you learn to drive, and of course 50 hours give you needed experience. Keep your head up!

  11. our sims were c**p. did the low scores for everyone.

  12. practice practice practice if you cant handle the class you dont belong on the road
