I can't play sword of the new world because of x trap?

i downloaded the game and when i try to play it, X trap comes up but it always stops at Step 1 initializing. i get the error:" Code Field [10-0300-00002EFD-146] x trap engine update has been failed. please restart the game."

what can i do? it took me a very long time to download this game because i have a slow connection so uninstalling it and reinstalling it isn't really an option.

i've been told to delete x trap from my comp but it doesn't even exist in my comp, could that be the problem?

all suggestions and tips would be greatly appreciated.

Every game that's part of the Xtrap program is it will probably get bugged everytime a patch comes out, but usually after a day or so it fixes. OR if u find the website for that game, there might be files how to fix the xtrap errors. For example there's a game called Wolfteam. It happens every now and then, quite anoying. But people report it to them, and they eventually get a file for it to fix.
