I've had my contacts for a year. When I first got them the eye doctor was unsuccesful in helping me put them in, and I tried for 4 weeks about an hour a day trying to put them in. I gave up. Recently, I'm fed up with having to wear my glasses all the time. So, for the past week I've been spending time each day trying to put them in. I always get close...but it doesn't go on my eye properly, or I blink! please help :(

  1. Suck it up.. I'm not trying to be mean but you are scared you'r going to hurt your eye. I went through that but i was in 8th grade lol... place the contact on your index finger look straight into the mirror looking into that black thing in your eye and just put it in without concentrating on the contact and than blink your eye :) it worked on my little brother maybe it will work on you

  2. Make sure your finger is dry and the contact is wet.  Put a drop of solution right in it.  Looking in the mirror, position the contact in front of your eye and then look towards your nose. Push the contact gently (but with enough pressure to push out any bubbles) onto the white part of your eye (sclera). Then SLOWLY look towards the contact and it should get onto your cornea. Look around slowly before you blink and then SLOWLY close your eye. And make sure you keep your eye open real wide and hold those lids tight.   Good luck!
