Question:

I can't quit eating foods I'm allergic to?

I have problems with compulsive/binge eating and I've recently found out that I have several serious food allergies so I can't eat 95% of processed foods. But every once in a while I still can't keep myself from eating fast food even though it could really hurt me. Any advice or help please for how to quit eating compulsively

  1. Yes. Gum is very helpful. I actually, believe it or not, lost weight with it! Seriously! Every time I wanted to eat because of stress or whatever I chewed gum and it cured it!

Also hunger is not only solved by eating. Drinking water is good too.

  2. get a hobby or try something to keep your mind off of the food. Maybe try eating organically.

  3. My question would be, do you care about yourself enough?

Do you eat it because of the comfort you receive from it?

Find out what your real reason is behind eating, and find a new way of treating yourself other than through food.

One way to do this is to make yoursefl fast. It brings out all the feelings you ahave been stuffing down with food. Then  you can get help with your needs.
