I can't "create an album" to my Yahoo Group.?

Question

I found the instructions but (in Step 2) I don't see "Create Album" in upper-right corner as indicated in the instructions.

I CAN follow instructions, but only if the instructions are correct.

If you are the group owner/moderator, look on the right just above the area where the albums are displayed.  You should see Add Photo | Create Album

If you are not the group owner and you do not see Add Photo | Create Album , the owner probably has the group set so that members cannot create an album or upload photos to the site.
