Question:

I can't "sync" my iPod?

On my iTunes when i go on File>Sync iPod its not shaded. Plus my iPod IS plugged into my comp and it dosent say "My iPod" and it wont come up, So i cant sync it that way either. Please note that my songs are not purchased they are downloaded. Please help. x

  1. You probably need the newer version of itunes which is free at apple.com

    if that doesnt work try unpluging and re-pluging it in
