  1. There must be SOME kids who aren't as weird, you know, even if it's the nerds, though I understand why you might not want ot hang out with them. I understand the problem with people dating guys that are like 6 years older.

And the parties... I was at this girls quinceanera (think sweet sixteen a year earlier) and they were dancing, I don't really dance but I joined in, then they started grinding and I'm like "...yeah...no" but this one girl kept trying to pull me in, and I had to do it once, then after that I just pulled back and refused.

Okay, enough about my life, you could try finding people that act okay at least some of the time (and...back to my life) one of the girls at the party likes to drink a bit, and the gross dancing, but aside from that, she's exactly the sort of friend I'd like to have. So I stick around until she starts drinking.

Maybe join some after-school activities, you'll meet people that share your interests, and you might meet people there you wouldn't have otherwise noticed at the school.

    Best of luck.

And have you watched the movie "Mean Girls"? Give it a try.

  2. look to see if there are any girls sitting by themselves or off to the side. a lot of times, you can miss over the ones who aren't in the thick of the action, you know?

stand your ground and persevere...you'll be glad you did down the line!

  3. That sounds terrible, but whatever you do stay true to yourself and don't submit to peer pressure to fit in.  Bring books to school and study during study hall or lunch.  That way, you can get out of this rut, get a good education, and then in college you can find some real friends. After 4+ years, you'll have a good job and a fantastic life. Just think of these few years as a hurdle you'll have to overcome. Good luck!
